Basic Computerised Sewing Machine Course (Free)
When you buy a new sewing machine from us we will give you a basic lesson on how to use your machine. It will enable you to get the best out of your machine and help you feel more confident with your sewing projects. We will show you how to thread correctly, give you useful hints and tips, and help you use that needle threader.

When you buy a new sewing machine from us we will give you a basic lesson on how to use your machine. We point out useful hint and tips with tension, correct threading and general care of your machine, making your sewing experience more enjoyable.

Basic Bernina Course (Free)
When you buy a new Bernina sewing machine from us, you are entitled to a 2 hour free lesson which will help you get the very best out of your machine. We point out useful hint and tips with tension correct threading and gerneral care of your machine, making your sewing experience more enjoyable.

If you have purchased one of these lovely machines, we are offering you a free day's tuition to get you started with all the great stitches and functions these machines have to offer in the morning we will take you through the sewing machine and in the afternoon we cover the embroidery functions. This is a great day to get you on your way and feeling more confident with your machine.

Make a beautiful cushion with a woven ribbon insert panel. You may have noticed a similar cushion in the shop and wondered how it was made, you can now make one of your own.

Sewing Machine Feet (£30.00)
This is a follow up course from the basic free lesson, in this class we will discuss in further detail the functions of your machine and the accessories that come with it. So often we dont use the extra feet, but they each have a purpose to make your sewing projects easier and also give a more professional finish. This course will suit all of those of you with older machines as well as newer models.

Cutwork Table Centre (£50.00)
Make a beautiful table centre using the traditional techniques of cutwork and heirloom stitches but with a modern twist. Lots of fun with your sewing machine of any level.
Wednesday 27th June 10:00am - 4:00pm
All fabric and threads are provided free of charge on our courses. If you do not want to bring your own machine please make an early booking and use one of ours. Refreshments are provided free of charge but you will need to bring a light lunch on an all day course.
