Please note: The print head has a 3 month warranty only. No warranty if the item is damaged or blocked (clogged)print heads .

If any electrical issue, then please follow the next 2 steps:

1-Full company name & addresses

    -Printer serial number,

    -Data of the first installation of printer

    -Number of total prints of the machine 

    -Picture of nozzle check

    -Log File:The newest log file extracted from the machine and attached in email.

                     All this info  be sent to: lucas@jbsewing.com

2-Print Head:
Clean and flush the print heads with maintenance fluid and then the item must be posted within 5 days MAXIMUM to us in the original boxes to our company.

 All this info and print heads will be forwarded to Brother Japan, they will be checked and finally Brother Japan will decide if the print heads will be replaced FOC even the print heads under warranty.

Please note: If any of this details missing then the fault report will be automatic  rejected!
