30cm 3D TPU UV Printer with 3 × Epson i1600 Printheads and Contour Cutter

Professional 30cm 3D TPU UV DTF printer designed for producing flexible, raised garment transfers with a premium silicone-style or embroidery-effect finish. The three-head printing system supports efficient layered production, while the integrated automatic cutter and laminator help create a streamlined roll-to-roll workflow. The machine is supplied with Flexi RIP software, a new laptop, UK delivery and on-site training.

The 30cm 3D TPU UV printer is a specialist garment-transfer system designed to produce premium raised logos, badges and textile graphics with a distinctive 3D silicone-style or embroidery-effect finish.

Fitted with three Epson i1600 printheads, the machine prints directly onto specialist white TPU film, delivering vivid colours, strong opacity, fine detail and controlled raised effects. TPU production does not require A+B film or laminating.

A separate contour-cutting machine with SignMaster cutting software is included with the system. After printing, the cutter reads the registration marks and accurately contour cuts around each design, helping produce clean-edged logos, lettering, badges and custom-shaped transfers.

The completed design is weeded and applied to a compatible garment using a heat press. The flexible TPU material allows the transfer to move naturally with the fabric, making it suitable for workwear, uniforms, sportswear, fashion garments, outdoor clothing and branded textile products.
