The manual needle threader allows for easy and ergonomic threading. It is simple to thread the lower looper thanks to the lower looper threader. The colour coded threading path and the hand-wheel positioning window help you thread quickly. For your convenience, there is a thread cutter on the left cover.
Differential Feed
Feed dogs are the jagged metal teeth in the bed of the overlock machine under the presser foot, that feed the fabric through the machine. An overlocker has two sets of feed dogs, one in front and one in back. The two feed dogs generally feed at the same rate during serging. However, on some machines, the two feed dogs are able to move independently. The front feed dog can move faster or slower than the back feed dog. This is the termed "differential feed" which this machine has.
4 thread Overlock
Chain off 2" and then start to feed fabric under the presser foot, it is not nesessary to completly lift the presser foot like you do on a sewing machine, this machine has a springfoot so you can lift the front of the foot with one finger to get the fabric to feed.
